Ion Șerban has been making gold and silver jewelry for over 45 years. "I learned the trade from my father and grandfather. I had a horse and a cart and went to Medgidia with the products. It was very interesting for me as a child."

VICTOR CLOPOTAR SR.
Victor Clopotar Sr is a famous tinker around the world. His story is one of success. He participated and still does in many fairs and exhibitions in the country and abroad: Venice, Paris, and New York. He has worked for great designers around the world and is proud that he comes from Brateiu, a village in Sibiu County. He has works exhibited in many museums of the world.

VICTOR CLOPOTAR JR.
Victor Clopotar Jr, nicknamed Pițișor after his grandfather, comes from a conservative Roma community that preserves its traditions with sanctity. He is a tinker who learned the craft from his father. It is a family heirloom passed down from father to son. From the age of 12, he began to process copper to transform it into kettles, cauldrons, and other items needed in a household. He could have gone anywhere around the world, but he chose to stay close to his family.
