Meet the Artisans – Part IV

Among the artisans one will be able to meet at the first ROM(a)NOR Interferences fair, which will be held between July 28-30 at the “Dimitrie Gusti” National Village Museum, we note:

TRAIAN CĂLDĂRAR

Around the age of 8 or 9, he understood what was going on around him in the world and began to learn the tinker craft he saw practiced by his father. It didn't work out the first time. At the age of 12, Traian Căldărar managed to be proud of his first perfect object. From then until now, he managed to become famous in copper processing. He comes from a conservative community in terms of traditions and he also managed to carry them forward.
